Incorporated as a NOT-FOR PROFIT SOCIETY in BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA.

AN ORGANIZATION IN SPECIAL CONSULTATIVE STATUS WITH THE ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL COUNCIL (ECOSOC) OF THE UNITED NATIONS.
